Every RC999 player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment details, or same device — is a violation that results in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without exception.
RC999 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or play. Age verification may be requested at any point. If an account is found to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and all funds held pending identity review. There are no exceptions to this rule.
All bonuses at RC999 carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the stated wagering requirement, or using bonus money in excluded game types, will result in the bonus being forfeited without further notice.
All withdrawals at RC999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. RC999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used on the account. This is a firm anti-fraud control.
RC999 monitors all bonus activity. Players found to be abusing promotional offers — through collusion, coordinated betting, bonus-hunting across multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will have all winnings derived from abuse voided and accounts suspended.
Using bots, automated betting software, or exploiting technical errors on the RC999 platform is strictly prohibited. Any winnings derived from automated or unfair play will be voided. RC999 reserves the right to review and void any bet placed in connection with system malfunctions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the RC999 platform, accessible at rc999.click. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on RC999, you enter into a binding agreement with RC999 and confirm that you have read and understood every clause in this document.
RC999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated specifically for Pakistani players. All services are offered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all payments are processed through payment channels locally available in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published separately on RC999. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific document, these Terms take precedence unless the specific document explicitly states otherwise.
To open and use an RC999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending review. Each player is entitled to hold exactly one account with RC999. Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity, is a breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any winnings or balances held pending investigation.
During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. RC999 may ask you to verify this information at any point by submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username and password — confidential. RC999 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact RC999 support immediately. Any activity that occurs under your credentials before you report a security breach remains your responsibility.
RC999 may refuse any registration application or close an existing account at its discretion, without being required to state a reason, provided that any genuine customer balance held at the time of closure is returned to the account holder.
RC999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 across all methods.
Deposits are credited to your RC999 account balance immediately on confirmation from the payment provider in most cases. In rare situations — particularly with IBFT transfers during banking hours — crediting may take up to 60 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 60 minutes, contact RC999 support with your transaction reference.
RC999 conducts routine checks on deposits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention procedures. In the event that a deposit is flagged during screening, RC999 may delay crediting and request supporting documentation before the funds are made available for wagering.
Withdrawal requests at RC999 are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. RC999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods with no prior deposit history on the account. This is a firm anti-fraud and anti-money laundering control.
There is no minimum withdrawal amount at RC999. There are no withdrawal fees charged by RC999. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 30–60 minutes.
RC999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside the offer on RC999. RC999 does not control or influence the outcome of any game. The results of all games are entirely independent of RC999's systems. RC999 presents the games as an intermediary and is not the primary game operator for any third-party title.

RC999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances require it:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, RC999 will notify the account holder by email or phone. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any holds on funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance remaining after deduction of voided winnings and bonus amounts will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact RC999 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the registered payment method.
RC999 provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Planned maintenance, security incidents, or events beyond RC999's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RC999's liability to any player for any cause is limited to the amount of funds held in the player's RC999 account at the time the claim arises. RC999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, or losses arising from reliance on RC999's published odds.
RC999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RC999 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform on login. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.
Continued use of RC999 after the stated effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using RC999 and request account closure via live chat before the effective date.
